The Xezo Maestro Black Mother of Pearl fountain pen features a smooth-writing, medium-point, gold-plated stainless-steel nib and a screw-on cap. These pens feature a durable, solid brass construction overlaid with black mother of pearl panels. The brass fittings are plated in shiny chrome.

These pens continue the tradition of the classic Xezo Maestro series, and were created to showcase the natural iridescent artistry of black mother of pearl. These panels of colorful nacre were hand-inlaid onto the solid brass barrel, polished, then sealed in multiple layers of hand-polished clear lacquer for added shine and protection.
Each of these handcrafted writing instruments is limited edition, individually serialized, and hallmarked.

Please note that since we use real black mother of pearl, no two panels are alike. The pen barrel is round and smooth. This natural material can range in base color from black to gray; colorful overtones range in a spectrum of hues from pink, orange, green, purple, blue, and everything in between.
